Human Ken Doll and plastic surgery addict, Rodrigo Alves showed off his fake six pack on the beach in Marbella, with 34-year-old 'Life on Marbs' star Danni Levy.

Rodrigo Alves who is famed for having undergone over 60 plastic surgery procedures including multiple nose jobs, shoulder fillers, butt lift and having his ears pinned back, spent £22k on his crafted six pack.

In total, he has spent £450,000 in his quest to look like a human Ken Doll.
